I teach yoga to people who want to feel good.

Yoga is hard work, but if you attend regular classes you will become fitter, more agile, more flexible and stronger too.

And, as time goes by, you may notice that you become calmer in your mind, and even feel more in control of your life.

I have been learning and practicing yoga for over 20 years, and I have been trained by some of Australia’s best teachers in classical yoga, based on the methods of BKS Iyengar.

Classes are limited in size so I can provide personalised, detailed instruction and adjustment.

My classes are currently in Balmain and Homebush Bay, before and after work.
