Cancellation Policy

What happens if you cancel

 If you cancel 90 plus days prior to your retreat start date your $500 deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. If you cancel 60 – 90 days before your retreat start date, 50% of your deposit payment may be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. If you cancel 27 – 59 days before your retreat start date you will forfeit your deposit . If you cancel 27 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit any payments made payment, unless another attendee can be found to take your place.

As the accommodation is all pre-paid I can’t offer credit if you arrive late or leave early.

What happens if I cancel

If i need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat by me, or you may request a refund of your payments to me, constituting a full settlement.

I am not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

I recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover such costs in the event of cancellation.
