Kingfisher Villa is so named because it is close to the river. From the verandah you can see the whitewater rapids and, hopefully, you will also catch a glimpse of one of the three bright blue Java Kingfishers which live on the other side of the river and often fly past to go fishing.

Heaven Spring Villa is so named because it sits above the hidden Heaven Spring which delivers pure and sacred spring water to the villagers from where it appears out of the cliff face, some 20 metres below the villa. From both the bedroom and verandah there are far-reaching views down the river valley and to the water below. Cooling breezes follow the valley and can often feel like they are “heaven-sent”.
