Spotlight on food

Food is a very important part of the retreat experience.  Participants depend on meals being of high quality, tasty and interesting.

Amori rightly prides itself on the food provided for retreat participants Meals are freshly cooked, natural, seasonal and delicious.

As is the convention for yoga retreats, the food at the retreat will be mainly vegetarian (but not vegan).

There will be some Balinese and Indonesian traditional dishes, alongside other vegetarian cuisine.

Where possible, produce is sourced from Amori’s own garden or from local producers.

Amore has three chefs on staff, and they work in the open kitchen which is adjacent to the dining area. Guests are encouraged to interact with the chefs, who will be happy to arrange cooking lessons for those who are interested.

For those who require, the kitchen also offers an la carte menu (at extra cost), with the option for room service.

Meals are served in Amori’s open dining room, overlooking the pool and the valley.
